I built a bardomimium not always easy to get comps on so new to the market. This is a great company to do business with. I was actually in the hospital when I closed was so worried about closing they sent the closer to me. AWESOME!!!

Could not have asked for a better home buying experience, especially as first time buyers. We knew very little about owning a home and even less about buying. I received my loan approval letter on September 7, 2023. We were not able to close until November 7, 2023. In other words it took two months to close. This is simply unacceptable considering I provided all information in a timely manner and there were no issues with my credit at all. All delays were as a result of Veterans United, their decisions and their Title Company. Half way into the process VU decided they couldn't finance Condos. This call should have been made on the front end not a month into the process. These delays cost me over $6,500 in late closing fees. I have used VU on two other loans and did not have any problems. This is absolutely the worst loan experience I have had in 35 years of buying and selling numerous properties.
