Yes overall this process was a learning experience for me since it was my first home buying process. Just wish had a few more options to choose from like the 203 rehab loan. That could have help with repairs of home. Or suggest any assistance with needed home repair if buying as is.
The notary that was sent to do my closing was exceptional. She was one of the best I have worked with. David was amazing throughout the process.
