My husband and I started this purchase with two other lenders, none of which we were satisfied with, then we came across Veterans United Home Loans. The difference in customer service was like day and night. Friendly to a fault and super professional. The team made sure all the key items were in place and completed in a timely manner, which removed all our worries in securing the loan. Charlie was particularly helpful concerning the numbers regarding finance, whereas, the competitors didn't particularly seem interested in the best deal for us.Considering this was all done remotely, the deal was completed just as thoroughly had it been done in person.
Working with Matt as my loan officer was a great experience! From the day I got my pre-approval to the day I closed on the house he was on it every step of the way. The process was so seemless we even closed a week early. Thanks for all the help Matt!
