I would have given a higher rating but we feel there were to many people involved, would have been nice just to deal with Tyler and the realestate agent. Tyler and Shay were great but then another person stepped in for Shay that went on vacation we felt he didn’t know what was going on.

I stuck with yall when the builder highly recommended not to and to use theirs.
VETERANS UNITED was supposed to have my back and they did not. What Lauren and Kat did made me feel embarrassed to my family, not to mention the anger and depression.

I had prior information about the process of buying a house and so coming into this process I didn't know what to expect. A fellow servicemember of mine with whom I served for 6+ years had just bought a condo with the help of Veteran's United and recommended that I reach out to them when I was ready to buy a place. The Veteran's United team was relentless in their pursuit of ensuring that I stayed informed and that all of my questions were answered. The team was fully transparent throughout every step of the process and reached out multiple times each week just for a check-in and to answer any questions that I had. They were friendly and welcoming of unfamiliarity with the home buying process, and the little things that Veteran's United did along the way made a world of difference. One of my favorite examples was a short survey at the end of which VU asked what kind of coffee I liked. I figured this was one of those odd personality test type questions or just a simple fun poll they were conducting at the end of a survey, and so to be presented with a $5 coffee coupon completely caught me off guard. This may seem like a small and mundane gesture, but it is also a gesture that very few companies offer to their clients. You don't have to put on a big show to make a difference and often times it is small thoughtful gestures implemented at just the right time that make the biggest difference. Veteran's United excelled at making me feel like part of the team and truly made the house buying process a breeze. I recommend them to every single one of my fellow servicemembers who are looking at buying a house and I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Veterans United is a very straight forward company and will activily check on you throughout the entire process instead of only saying they’ll reach out. I just want to say that Matt Torres and Noelle Anderson were amazing. They always kept me well informed and made sure I knew every step needed to secure my new home. They took a lot of the stress out of a very stressful situation. Noelle went out of her way to assist me in getting certain documents needed for the closing. Matt at one point, settled my nerves when I was ready to bail out! Also, to my surprise, when the closing was complete, they sent me a gift for my dog. Matt remembered his name through casual conversation. But I looked at "Chopper" and said...What the hell did you do to deserve a gift??? That was pretty cool. Their professionalism and friendliness really makes you feel like part of the Veterans United family.
To be honest I never thought I'd qualify somehow they pulled a rabbit out of a hat, well done Veterans United.
