Veterans United quickly acted upon my request to refi my home. Mr. Magasmen and Mr. Chiles was very professional and up front on the steps that will be taking place. My only complaint would be the amount of money that was taken from my equity. The refi process kept being delayed due to no fault of my own nor Veterans United. Overall I'm very satisfied with the services I reeived.
Max, Eric and Jenny made the entire process much less stressful than I thought it would be. I have nothing but great things to say about each of them. 10 out of 10 no doubt about it!!

They know how to masterfully navigate the VA, their portal is extremely user friendly, their communication is great - 10/10 all around.
