Everything was going smoothly, like a well oiled machine. Then the sellers asked for an early closing. Luke and his team were extremely impressive with the way they accelerated the process to close 10 days early despite their busy schedule. None of us were thanked by the sellers, although the team handled extensively by my go to team member Kara Truitt, should have been.
This is the second home in which Luke Thurman and his team have made my home buying process as easy as can be. If I ever need another home loan you know who I'll be talking to.
I've been on the hunt for a house for quite a while, and my experience with Navy Federal left me feeling really let down. What happened next was almost unbelievable. It took less than 35 seconds after I submitted my form, and Kait was on the phone assuring me that everything would be okay.
