Veteran's Home United made what I expected to be a very long and stressful process into something that was easy and quick. This was my first home purchase and I was blown away with how friendly and helpful everyone was and how easy they made the process. I couldn't imagine buying a home without them. I can't wait to do it again!
Veterans United for your Home buying experience is definitely the only way to go. 💯
Cierra was amazing and easy to work with, the team as a whole was nothing short of amazing.
You guys had your MLS system hacked causing you to miss the closing date and neglected to tell me until the day before close, a full week after you found out. You misplaced paperwork and generally seemed kind of incompetent. I also feel like your fees are ridiculously high. I was stressed out constantly by crap on YOUR END going wrong and it made the whole experience suck, do better.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Mikel, we certainly do like to hear that you were stressed during your process. While we work with with RLC on your VA appraisals, we do not have an internal MLS system. The NEAMLS is the primary source of sales data for county you were purchasing and that is what was "hacked" causing the delay. Discussing the details around your final closing figures is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. We charge a one percent origination fee and while we do not directly control the majority of these costs like taxes and insurance, we do appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and we value your feedback. Or client advocate team remains available to discuss your concerns and will review options to resolve them as we are able.
Wow!!!!
where I do really begin, from day (1) of reaching out to Veterans United, it has been a dream fulfilled, The Team of Wendy, Julie, Gloria, and Laura are Top Notch 5 STAR!!!
They work with me nonstop throughout the entire process, every concern I had became theirs to address. Each time I called or emailed them, they responded in rapid fashion! I was put at ease, even when it seemed like things were getting stressful, they reassured me that the process was on the right track to getting an approval. It has been my dream since childhood, to own a home and thanks to Veterans United, on August 29, 2023, that dream became a Reality!
I am forever grateful for all that was done to help me and my family. I am now a HOMEOWNER!!
I can't express enough appreciation to Veterans United Home Loans! They provided me with the utmost professional care from start to finish and I am more than grateful to have them in my corner!
Loved working with the team they were very helpful and answered any questions my wife or I had. With us being first time buyers I was very adamant on being in the “know” so to have them answer all the questions I had was awesome.
Wish there was availability and customer service on the weekends.
Veterans United gave me this amazing opportunity and I capitalised. The whole process was so smooth and perfect. With everyone’s team work and God working In the midst I am one happy customer. Thank you Jesus for having his hand on everything and thank you everyone for making it work.
I am very satisfied with Karol and how quick she was any time we had concerns. First time buyers with a lot of stress but, Karol and her team made this process smooth.
Second time using Veterans United and I am very happy with both. Nick Intreri was my first loan officer and was my introduction to the whole home buying experience and answered every question I had along the way which is why I feel like I didn't need to haggle Stephanie as much. I felt very comfortable with both teams top to bottom, and having my first purchasing real estate agent also be that same selling agent 3 years later was great. Paul White of Keller Williams is an all-star and I hope you continue to use him as the agent for the South Shore of Boston, MA area.
Kenny Scheer, and Greg Eliot made everything very simple, and easy to understand. There were awesome to work with
Please note to customers buying in rural areas that their bank may note have a branch there and communicate to title company to have down payment numbers early to accommodate buyers cash to close (wire or check). I had to drive from Maine to Connecticut to go to a Wells Fargo branch to wire the day after closing.

Experience first-hand why 322,347 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Veterans United has helped our family several times with purchasing homes that we love. They made the process very easy, fun and gave us peace of mind each and every time knowing that we are a priority for VU. Thank you VU team!
This was absolutely the easiest and least painful loan experience I have ever had. The team knew exactly what was needed and were prompt and positive in their responses. Thank you for being so knowledgeable in the VA loan process and your dedication to Veterans. We salute you!
I would recommend a virtual or inperson full closing costs conference call conducted to ensure all area's covered...there was a misunderstanding just days before closing and we were subject to an additional 12k on closing that we were unaware of...mortgage co.out of state and reliance on just online statements can create a misunderstanding in which our case occured..thankyou
We think everything went real smooth. When people have problems with getting something they want. They should probably look at choices they have made that are causing the problem, and not the people trying to help them.
