Tyler Kettle and Brad Boer provided the most neglectful home buying experience ever.! Brad failed to follow up on a discrepancy with a income verification that he was informed of weeks prior to said closing date. The day before our closing we were informed by our REALTOR that we were not closing due to this discrepancy.The lack of communication, professionalism and competence on their behalf was an understatement.
