I highly recommend Veterans United fr a mortgage loan vendor. It was a smooth, pain-free process that helped make moving less stressful. On top of great service, they always sent us thoughtful gifts that added an extra personal touch. I'm so glad we decided to go with them verse any other vendor.
The team provided regular updates during the process. It would be a good practice if the team one or both could attend a closing. Distance could be a factor, but the relationship that is established thru audio could provide a greater one if the loan officer and/or coordinator was given an opportunity to meet a veteran that they have assisted.
