My advice to other veterans, if your credit is holding you back, they will work with you to repair it. I started my journey with my credit in shambles but due to the lighthouse program and the tenacity at which my Veterans untied loan officer guided me, what seemed like would take years only took a few months. Owning a home seemed like a dream that would never come true but now I'm turning my new house into my family's home.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, As an older buyer I had not worked with do so much on computer but they were kind and patient with me.
Everyone who assisted me through this entire process helped immensely! I am truly grateful for all Josh and Sara did on the back end of things that I did not deal with directly! Julie was the best to work with through all of the questions, process and assistance with setting everything up. She went above and beyond to assist me with getting everything in order.
