Too many call from ADT too soon in the process
I worked with Jodi, Holly, Levi, and, Kodi. I could not imagine a better team of people to work with in the home buying process. Every question I had, they were knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The seller did not make this process easy or enjoyable. In fact, he made it downright miserable. The ONLY bright spot was the team at Veterans United. I will definitely return if I need to refinance or purchase another home. I have already told my other veteran friends and family and provided contact information to them. This team is undeniably an asset to your organization. I cannot say enough about how incredible they were to work with throughout this incredibly protracted process.
This was our second home loan with Veterans United, this time buying CONUS while PCSing from overseas and the process was even smoother than last time, closing in less than three weeks, earlier than expected thanks to Charles and his team! Everything went really smoothly but just for future reference make sure the buyer know to bring an official check for closing or something like that. We had to wire money and it costed us an extra $50 and didn’t complete the sell until the next day. Not a big deal just something to be aware of. Everyone did great and the whole process was smooth and quick. I think some personal things happened with the team so I am not faulting them. Thank you everyone.
I am very pleased with Joseph and his team. My family and I were able to get our dream home and we could not be grateful for all of their hard work. Between my amazing realtor Amanda and Joseph they were even able to lower my interest rate. I highly recommend them.

My house was listed for foreclosure by mistake and that was when everything went south, I understand the bank is working for the information they get but while I was trying to clear this out I couldn’t get in contact with my loan officer for days just for him to call back days later saying he was on vacation, I don’t have a problem with that but at least I would have hoped for better communication or passing on my application to someone else
All around was a stressful experience that’s the least I would say
I provided everything to show this house was not foreclosed but I felt like I wasn’t even getting paid any attention
