The entire process of buying my house has been smooth and I’m very excited. I’ve started moving in and it’s hard to believe how quick and easy this was. Nick was professional, as was his entire team. When it came to closing, there was some communication issues where I was left in the dark wondering when my closing date was. There was some paperwork that wasn't being passed to the title company and made it so my close date was on a time crunch
