My loan team was prompt, communicative, courteous, and went above and beyond. They even sent me a lovely personalized gift when they found out I had graduated from law school and was taking the bar exam and closing on the new house in the same week. Overall, they were outstanding. I would recommend VU to any veteran looking to buy a house.
