I would have given 10s across the board if it were not for a loan officer that handled most of the paperwork. She was difficult to work with, request duplicate documents and documents that weren’t needed.While on the phone with her one of my coworkers overheard the conversation and related that he had the same issues when he closed with her when she worked for another agency
Kenny was amazing. He was always very responsive, answered any and all questions asked, executed anything needing to be done, and made our home buying process so much better than I could’ve thought. Kenny truly cares about you and your concerns, I couldn’t have wanted anyone else to be my loan officer.
This entire process was 1000x easier than expected. The loan team, realty team, and concierge team listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I will be using VU for my next home down the road!
