This is the second home purchased through Veterans United both times they have made us feel like family.
So Mirza seemed like he was spread really thin, between not answering the phone and acting like he was ready to get off the phone when we did get ahold of him. But other than that everyone did a great job.
Veterans United made the home buying process seemless. It was my first home purchase, but I can not see how it could’ve gone smoother thanks to the help of my lending team.
I trusted yall to make sure i didnt get make a bad decision. The AC failed i had someone come diag and they said it should have never passed inspection. I am grateful that i cab afford the repair, but i squarly blame VU abd your choosen realtor for not making sure i was properly informed on my purchase
Response from Veterans United
Oliver,
I’m so sorry to see this. If you’re willing, I’m here to listen and look into anything you’d like to discuss from your experience. I’ve left you a voicemail with my direct callback information and hope to hear from you soon. Client Advocate is always here for you.

Love it!! I felt greatly appreciated for my time serving my country and I highly recommend this process to anyone
Brian and Nikki were very helpful getting me through this process with VU. How ever I can't say the same thing for the underwriting dept. This is my 6th house buying and I have never seen an underwriting department be so picky. Example, pension are for life, I had to go above and beyond to prove this by getting letters for each pension saying pension is for life. 2nd, I had $32 going from one checking account to another (My play money). After explaining this twice with a statement, that was not good enough. Remember $32.00, had to go to PNC Bank and have the Loan Officer write a letter saying that the $32 was not a loan and in fact it was my money going from one account to another account. 3rd, I owned a Condo 25 years ago and was sold more then 20 year ago and has been bought and sold a number of times (Calif. Market). This address as Never come up in the last 5 houses that I have bought and sold but I had to write a statement concerning this property. The "To Do List" never seems to end and again this is house # 6 for me. I think the process could have been allot smoother. I picked Veteran United thinking the process is better then using a Bank, now I'm not so sure.
I was very pleased with the entire experience
Two thumbs up to Shane and his team Jim was extremely awesome and everybody else along the way. Make sure that we knew what we were doing and what we were signing up for and helped us get into the home that we plan to live into the rest of our lives
From the very start of this process, I get as if I had known Kayla for years. She is the ideal and exemplary professional and maintains excellent while still making me feel as if I was her only client and I surely was not her only one. I would give her 20 stars if I could and I will most definitely be sharing my experience with her personally with everyone I possibly can. Thanks for making my dream of home ownership as a disabled person into a reality, Kayla!!
OMG the hold Vets United Team
Made the hold experience so easy and very professional
Cameron and his team where absolutely wonderful to us. Always available and did everything they could to make this experience as
Less stressful as possible. There where some.bumps in the road but the team made sure that everything will be ok. They where caring kind and understanding when we where all under pressure. We want to thank them so very much .Rob and Sofia Hill.
The loan coordinator was not willing to help and only kept telling me to refer to emails she sent. The team and real estate agent did not communicate well with each other until there was an issue and I prompted them to work it out together. The team as a whole is not as familiar with the VA loan process as they should be.
Adam Underwood and the others involved during our home buying process have been nothing short of phenomenal and incredibly helpful and patient with me as I had many questions being a first time home buyer. From the first time we spoke to the day we closed 7-20-23 and even after, they have been so friendly.Thank you so much Veterans United and Adam Underwood for being a part of this huge step in my family's lives.
Second time using VU and I’ll never use another lender! Hands down the best customer service ever. They made buying a home super simple!
We loved Merrie and Jenny, they are our mothers here in Texas. They were absolutely amazing, we might just start crying on how they were amazing!!!!
I have had the absolutely best home buying experience with Veterans United. Our loan officer Kennedy Kugle was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Kennedy was very quick with responses and communicated frequently throughout this process. I really appreciate him in helping us with our dream home.
Furthermore, Veterans United website is streamline and easy to navigate. The “to-do list” was very helpful in keeping all tasks organized. Additionally, the recommended videos on the website provided valuable information for each step and answered many questions that I had. I am so happy I chose Veterans United! Thank you Kennedy 🙏 Thank you Veterans United 🙏
Nate Graham was the person that I dealt with the most although the process was long and stressful, made it. I really appreciate this dude for helping me get it done!!!
Jimmy Stranz and his team really showed that they cared about making my desire of being a homeowner come to pass. They were true professionals from the beginning to the end. I thank this Team and Veterans United for being there for us Veterans.
