I'm 100% disabled for mental health and all this has crippled me with fear, trust, depression. I suffer from PTSD. I shared this with my team from the beginning. Now I have a 310k house which needs 10 or 20k worth of plumbing work. I can't put toilet paper in the toilet. No end in sight.
My agent and her team should be accountable for not protecting our interest, for stopping the scope. If that scope had been done timely, we could have taken all that into consideration but that would mean a delay in the sale.
Coming up on my 1st mortgage payment
for a home I have yet to enjoy.
Unfortunately I have to hire a attorney to get to the bottom of this mess.
I have to file the complaints with the BBB
It's all on me.
Its very sad. I have had a crisis call with the VA already with suicidal ideations.
My psychiatrist is trying to help. I was doing well on my meds and programming and I was able to stay balanced before all this. Today I'm a hot mess. Overwhelmed by everything I need to do.
Sorry but this is the truth.
Response from Veterans United
Sweet,
Thank you for taking my call. I’m truly sorry for all you’re going through. I’ve made note of everything we discussed in your file should you need to follow up with me on anything. We are here for you and will help however we can going forward, too.
Most sincerely,
Dave, Client Advocate
Mr.Tim was my gift from god ! Any question i had for him or concern we spoke through it and found a mutual outcome . I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
We loved working with the team we had. Also sounded nice and it always sounded genuine! They checked on us to make sure if we needed anything! The helped us get our forever home!!! And we can't thank them enough for all that they do!
Jeremy and Sarah, et. al. were true professionals in all metrics. This process is naturally challenging and they made it easy. Constantly engaged and ready to answer questions and expand on items for new home buyers. They are exceptional talent and I wish the rating score went to 11.
It went really well, honestly my only complaint is a VA thing not a Veterans United thing.
The entire team was great and Dennis was another great help for us. He kept me updated and guided me through every step of the way to ensure we had a successful closing. I was not even committed initially to buying a home now but the team made all of our doubts go away. I have heard of plenty of other bad experiences with home purchasing, especially in the current environment however our experience was nothing but smooth. We were able to handle anything that came up and honestly everything went smoother than I thought it would. We are extremely happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Veterans United.
Try to low closing costs or maybe push for or find a federal program or grant to subsidize the costs. Let give our Vets a bit of a break. Otherwise 100% great to work with!
