I feel that everything went well but the delay with closing and the constant sending back of my to do items that were correctly completed made the experience a bit worse.

I know I did not have a spot for Nikki on this form BUT she is AMAZING and I could not of asked for a better team because this was such a stressful journey for me, and anytime I reached out they were there. I went through multiple other lenders before using Veterans United, and their service was far superior. I also got the lowest rate with them. My loan specialist, Horace Johnson, was great. The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
