Being the first time we had went through this process they were prompt in answering any questions we had and took the time to explain in detail the processes we would be going through and what to do next. I went through multiple other lenders before using Veterans United, and their service was far superior. I also got the lowest rate with them. My loan specialist, Horace Johnson, was great. The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
I was very lucky to get Kyle and his outstanding team. I had a lot going on at the end of my closing day and Kyle,Gray,the underwriting team, the closing team, and HBC all worked hard so that my closing was on time. If I had to do it all over again, this team is who I would request again every time!!!
