Victoria was phenomenal, however, I was placed with 3 different loan coordinators due to vacations, being off, etc. This was incredibly frustrating knowing who to work with and what needed to be done and who to coordinate with. I would highly recommend releasing what inspections and criteria need to be accomplished at the beginning rather than half way through the inspection period as well.

Veterans United made the whole loan process a breeze. I was kept informed all throughout the process. The online portal made it easy to submit documents and complete necessary steps. Thank you VU! From offer to close, VU team Josh Jennet, was on deck and ready to help. The whole team made the experience painless and with the online status and to-do lists made it effortless. Past home buying experience can't compare. All my questions were answered when I needed them answered. I've done business with VU on 3 homes now and the first 2 were excellent but the 3rd time was NOT a charm. The app and website are down right horrible and way too problematic. I opened tickets and called the help desk but they weren't very helpful and when I was transferred to somebody that could allegedly help he was very rude on the phone. I probably won't be doing business with VU again in the future after this last interaction.
