The only thing keeping Veterans United from a 10 is the loan origination fees that I would not have had with my regular bank. Our home buying journey began with a late night call in the car while driving cross country. We drove and talked to reps for hours, ultimately getting our VA eligibility and pre-qualification while still on the road. Our team was always available to answer our questions and even checked in periodically to see how our home search was going. I would absolutely recommend to anyone eligible to buy a home through them.

Process was streamlined and incredibly easy. My loan officer ensured that I was well informed every step of the way during my home buying process and was incredibly easy to reach out to, answering all questions I had.
They were very responsive throughout the whole process. It’s nice having a mortgage company that prepares you for the closing. They were able to help secure home owners insurance, and help set up utilities. This was second mortgage through them and, due to their customer service, it was an easy choice who to choose for our new home.
