Tay Carson made the entire process smooth and fairly effortless. Answered all the questions my wife and I had also he and his team sent us surprise gifts along the way that were greatly appreciated. The loan officer and home concierge were awesome in guiding me through the process. The underwriting team has a hard job but also a little understanding and common sense would be helpful when dealing with bank accounts and loans.
Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.
