This is our second time using VU and as always, they did a great job considering the circumstances we were in. We did a remote buy, which basically was buying a home from one location while the home is in another state. The process was almost seamless, I think there were just communication issues that became muddled and with 3 different people calling us from the company, it became confusing. So really, it was great overall, just some room for improvement is always needed.
Eric was the best! Made the process as quick and easy as possible!
I had the pleasure of working with Brian Jahnsen. He was super open and up front about everything that was going on. He went above and beyond anytime I had a question. 10/10!
