Seamless communication, highly recommended
VU was great at being a one stop shop for all things associated with buying a home using the VA loan. They covered everything from the loan itself, introducing us to a realtor, and took a lot of the stress of moving away.
The whole Veterans United team was very helpful, polite, and motivated. They were very proactive in reaching out and answering questions, they definitely made me feel more confident about the home buying process! I thought buying a house was going to be one big, constant headache; but working with you guys made it so easy and now I have a house! Thank you!
There was too much back and forth. Everytime I thought I had sent in everything, I was asked to send something else. I also called several times and couldn't reach the person I was calling.
