There was a lot of confusion and misunderstandings in terms and expectations.
However, the team was very professional and dedicated to making it work.The online secure portal was often clunky and unreliable/unwieldy. Overall, it was a tense ride and experience that while I am very pleased got through to completion does leave me scarred about the process. While I recommend the product, I am left with concerns about the process.

In general I would say VU was a good experience but I would have liked more transparency and communication
