Lack of communication between my lender and underwriter made this process more stressful than it needed to be. When we couldn’t get in touch with them when someone finally responded there was no remorse about delays in communication. I would not recommend using veterans united to a friend or battle buddy.

A major over sight was qualifying for the VA loan was done way to late in the process and should have been done first things. I was repeatedly asked for the same documents and to re verify items repeatedly.
Although i unfortunately fell threw a crack and was being left feeling dis regarded for only being a member of the national guard and reserves and full filling my contract obligations in full and for to term of my military contract. This often happens for guard members which is upsetting considering the national guard pre dates all other military branches and was established prior the revolutionary war. The national guard as deployed to every this country has ever been in. But as a veteran of this same guard i was left and in the wind.
Over all thank you for help with what you could.
This is my first home purchase and I absolutely love that I chose to use Veterans United. The whole process was streamlined and fast. I had questions and I could always get in contact with the whole team! Brie Lasley stayed up with me until almost 11pm making sure I was able to find statements from my accounts and get submitted in a timely manner!
