Chris was awesome from the start of my journey. It goes a long ways when someone takes the time to listen and understand what your going threw in life and not just look for an another quota to me and more money to receive! Chris and Brandon both were very knowledgeable and showed the outmost sense of care and treated me as an actual “human” and not just “ a number “. I’ve never done a mortgage that was so easy and not stressful to point I’m still mind blown at how Chris and Brandon and as well as everyone else that had anything to do with this. I wil most definitely send every single person that I come across to yall! Best experience I have ever had by-far. The RLC seemed very focused on trivial pursuit. No one got a welcome response once we got past the initial phone receptionist. I felt like they were there to initiate delays, procrastination and road blocks rather than facilitate the move. "People friendly" are not words I would ever use to describe their approach. They were quite the opposite from the folks in Missouri.

First time home buying is one of the most stressful things I've ever done. I dare say it's more stressful than joining the military! Perhaps that's because I was 23 and invincible with little to lose, but now that I have a wife and family to look after, and knowing how much rests on this life changing decision, the gravity shot up ten-fold! Thankfully the team of people here at Veteran's United helped bring the stress level from a 10 to a 2, and I can honestly say that securing the loan was the easiest part of this whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any veterans I come across looking to buy a home!
