There were some lapse in judgement or calculations made during the final steps of the mortgage refinance that caused undue stress to me and my family. Not to mention the fact that our loan office spoke to me rudely on the phone as if I was a child, because I inquired with another mortgage company about a better interest rate and then asked him if he could meet of beat it.
