Veterans United and the team they provided helped me become a first time homeowner! Buying a house is a long and stressful process but, the team I worked with relieved a lot of that stress! I felt well taken care of, and that someone was genuinely looking out for me and my investment the entire time.
The only frustration that I had was paying for homeowner inspection, and then finding out later that I have to pay for another inspection for pests. If I would have known that during the first homeowners inspection that would have been covered during the homeowners inspection that cost me an additional $250.
I would like to thank the entire team at Veterans United. When I first applied they worked with me to get my credit up to a qualifying score. I thought it would be 6 months to a year before I could qualify but they got me there in just a couple weeks.The house I found turned out to be a challenging one. Everyone stuck with it and continued to push the process along despite numerous delays. They also worked to get my interest down to a lower point.The team did an amazing job! They were asking for paperwork that should of been asked for in the beginning of my loan process. They waited until the final week all the way up to the day before closing and asked for additional banking information and other tax documents that were already provided in the beginning of the process. Veterans United had multiple people working on my loan and even had one person that was swapped out half way through, and to make matters worse, there was no communication between my team which resulted in having to complete "to-do's" more than once.
Veterans United did an amazing job and worked very hard to help me through the entire loan process. I would hands down recommend Michael and Veterans United to anyone I know looking to use VA benefits. I am very appreciative of the amazing job of the entire team working on my loan.
