My negative review was mainly do to the rate change they keep sending estimate of the loan closing documents. Me unaware, once the rate went up a whole percentage point they decided to lock the rate costing me 1% on this mortgage which was a big deal. Also lest than a hour before closing he emails changes to the closing amounts. what if i had never read that email before going to close. I was just just not happy with how this was handled. But, i have the Home and I'm moving on

I was in a very bad place and did not know where to go or what to do. I saw an advertisement about the Veterans United homeowner program and decided to take a chance. I was greeted by Rusty Burney and this guy was amazing. He helped me through the whole process, even when I was tired of my to-do list his encouragement helps me get through. 100% reccomend Veterans United to any veteran lost in the house hunting world. It seemed like I uploaded a million documents on the app so that was a drawback. But overall the experience was an outstanding experience.
