This was the second home that I purchased through Veterans United. Both times I had a very good experience!!! I would Absolutely recommend Veterans United for your home loan needs!

Everyone on the team was really great. I couldn’t have hoped for things to go more smoothly than they did.
What more could I say, I now have a brand new home. My dream home with almost more equity than what I purchased the home for.
Would not recommend. Our experience was terrible. We have purchased past homes with other companies which went smoothly and were not anywhere near as stressful as this was. The team was incompetent and disorganized. They asked us to provide things over and over again “in hopes it would have what they are looking for.” Communication was nonexistent. They didn’t even know information that was clearly in our documents and application, ourselves and our realtor had to point things out to them. Overall we felt like our case was handled poorly.
