Despite my circumstances and being under extreme duress, each person was very kind and understanding, and patient. It's hard in today's time to find good people. I was about to throw in the towel with my faith in people. This team showed me that hope exists out there. Never give up. There is always good people that will help you get up, help you out of darkness. These truly are good people. I've no words to describe the praise that they are more than deserving

The overall home buying process with Veterans United was indeed great and exceeded my expectations. The online portal is extremely simple and self explanatory to use. Documents were easy to sign right away using e-sign as well as the process for uploading documents. We worked with an incredibly caring and great team.

Loan officer needs to do a better job with communication and explaining the process and also charges and fees to his customers. At some point it was almost like they were trying to find reasons not to qualify me. This was a really stressful process. I have bought a property in thr past using a different lender and it was not this bad. I am for sure not gonna recommend Chris and his team to anyone.

I have nothing but praises for the support and assistance Julie and Scott gave me. Both were so patient in walking me through some forms that I didn’t understand nor knew how to fill out. They got me to the finish line. Scott and Julie are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Because of their efforts, I was able to close on my house without any worries. Scott has reassured me that he’s got my back even into the future. In other words, Scott and Julie made my dream of home ownership come true!
