Everyone involved; my loan team, home buying concierge and realtor made the process so much easier. Even when I was on the verge of giving up on buying a home this year everyone was so encouraging. I knew that they were just a call/text/email away if I had any questions, comments or concerns. My team was absolutely amazing!

Because I couldn't get a close date until a week before, I couldn't put in my 30 day notice to housing. And that's going to cost me 16 days of rent which is about $1100. Then that close date got blown, by 2 days and required me to drive 50 miles one way on short notice to sign paperwork to keep it from being pushed yet another day. And the $3500 yall ripped me off for. CRIMINAL!!!! You have no right calling yourselves Veterans United. Should be called the Bank of Goldsilvermoneybergsteen & Gofuckyourself.

Drew was avoiding answering questions and when he did it was vague and a few times the wrong information. Why did 2 weeks go by with very little communication and when we were 2 days from closing we encountered a problem that should’ve been found in those 2 weeks!
