Taylor was fantastic as usual but Rachel Kirkendoll made the home buying experience an absolute nightmare for me and my family! She did not communicate with us at all. Out of the 10 times I tried to call her she sent me to voicemail 9 times and the 1 time she answered she sounded displeased and inconvenienced that she even had to talk to me on the phone! Also the only times I ever was updated that she added things to my to-do list was through the automatic email I got from the app never a phone call from her or an explanation on why the documents I provided didn’t suffice! Every other person on the staff I interacted with was amazing as usual but I would not recommend veterans united to somebody if she was going to be on their loan team!

However, there are two individuals in your employ who have demonstrated professionalism, diligence, emotional investment, and pure character in the performance of their duties. The two individuals I write of are Ms. Julia Cobb and MS. Gray Grimm. These two ladies have gone above and beyond in earning my business, total respect, and my gratefulness. The loan they had undertaken with me to say the least was not the easiest. I as a customer have been extremely emotional to say the least. I have been on the edge of my chair throughout the entire process from qualifying, to being bullied by the builders agents. These ladies have spent numerous hours on the phone calming me, reassuring me, explaining my rights as a veteran and just being genuinely concerned.
