We had a whole lot of doubt goin into buying a home after experiencing a whole lot of bad luck. They helped turn our luck around by helping us get a great house with lots of land and even has a pool.

Can we figure out a way to make the whole process less stressful?
Admittedly this was not a smooth process for a variety of reasons, which included the unfamiliarity with non-traditional financial statements that unintentionally extended the loan closing. A better defined policy should be in place to address property loans with other residences in near proximity.

The whole team was amazing to me. A huge thing for me is, whenever I would get impatient because of not fully understanding something, they’d break it down with crayons so I could. Very few mortgage companies could have closed a home loan in less than 30 days. Had the home builder been able to complete the home in 30 days, Veterans United was ready.
