Danielle, Paige, Hilary and her team were incredible. I plan to keep in touch with all of them for one reason or another. Resell. Interest rates. Etc. If we ever chose to do so. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and as I already stated, answered all our questions no matter how “dumb” they might’ve been. As first time home owners, a lot of anxiety came up when buying, but everyone made it such a breeze and their attitudes and understand helped get us over the anxiety hurdles.
The word that keeps coming to mind in with everyone that I worked with is, patience this goes for Paige also. And that's because being somewhat of a easy going and laid person, took longer to get you call the necessary documents or paperwork required to expedite the process as quickly as possible. During some of the most difficult times in my life Haley was there every step of the way. She was on top of everything, checking on me the family and the home. I could not have asked for a better Loan team and I didn’t know they could be as caring, kind, thoughtful, relatable, a real person you could talk to and words just can’t put it into perspective. Anyone who gets to work with this team is luckier than they could ever imagineThe amount of work and dedication they put into me buying my first home with all the hiccups and obstacles deserves something better than a trophy.
