The communication between client and loan officer was poor and a lack of. During the entire process things continued to pop up that I was unaware of. As a Veteran and being that I served this country certain breaks and programs are given to us to help. Nothing about this process helped. No credits, no programs, no anything. The VA loans are for veterans who don't have a large amount of funds for down payments to not have to pay a lot of money and be able to purchase hassle and stress free. This process was not that. And for the loan officer to say... I don't have to give you no credits is very unprofessional.

Let me tell you something about Mary & her Team...The are absolutely awesome! Her AND Kayla stuck it out with me, as I was going thru some financial issues at the time.
They worked with me, without hesitation. I truly appreciate them, for hanging in there with me, as I got things in order.
I finally closed on my property the day before Thanksgiving!
It was truly a blessed day!

I have been wanting to buy a house for several years, started looking when I lived in Texas a few years ago. Then again when I moved back home to Montana. The right house never came along until this year. Wow what a whirlwind experience. Veterans United was on the ball from the get go. 1 month. That's what it took and we are over the moon happy with the house and the VU experience!!

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had a few computer issues but everything turned out great in spite of it. ( I type by the hunt & peck method & don’t understand or like computers!)
