She was responsive, simple with her explanations, detailed with her work, and extremely friendly. Even though I felt like I was asking too many questions, she ensured that I was not bothering her. She continued to be readily available for the next question or task. They presented my wife and I a housewarming gift with a personalized item for our dogs. On the day of our closing, she reached out to ensure that everything went well, she just really secured a feeling that I felt like family. I really appreciated all the effort that Maureen put into our loan.
