I think there was a lot of information that could have been provided upfront when you have someone learning as they go. Bobby answered every question I asked and multiple times as I asked for clarity. The same with Valerie.I would definitely figure out how to get the appraisers to communicate and move at a faster pace. Experiencing having to wait nearly a week for the inspection and then a week and two days for the re-inspection which held up closing as well isn’t acceptable.Overall the experience wasn’t bad but, for this to be my first home buying experience I wish it went a lot smoother.

This was our first REAL purchasing experience (we had our last houses built). We were very nervous about the process but with EVERY offer or interest the Lindsey was there to answer questions and explain things! Once we were in the offering stage, she was excited too…and as things got more and more “serious” the assembled team was SO supportive.
Overall I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely reach out and work with Veteran’s United again!
