Well I can honestly say I've never heard anything bad about anybody or any team with united federal all I can say is that they did a wonderful job for me and my wife and now we have a house dad we love and I've never expected to ever own a house in my own and now I do and I'm so happy thank you guys love you all
I have only bought a home twice in my life and both times was with VU. Both times were exceptionally made uncomplicated by VU's wonderful customer service, quick response time and the ease of use of their portal. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend VU to anyone but especially veterans as their knowledge of VA loans/ process is one of the key factors I choose to use VU. I was very nervous going into this whole process as this is my first home. The Team that was assigned to me were there to answer any questions and made sure everything was clear, prior to moving forward and that was during the whole process. Even up to closing, I had questions about numbers on the forms (and there are a ton of them,) they got me on the phone with someone who could explain it better just to ensure it was understood.
I never thought that the day would come that I would be a homeowner, yet, here I am. I appreciate Veterans United and my team so much for the work that they did. I would highly recommend these guys. Especially for first time buyers. They get it done!
