Drew Alexzander, was very patient, attentive, professional, and caring. I say that because I was apprehensive about the whole process because I didn't think I had a chance. He had more confident than I had. His whole team was excellent. Ms. McDonell also was caring, professional and gave a lot of attribute to me as being a Veteran.
