As far as the company for Veterans United mortgage loan company. I love working with the team. Everybody is so nice, they get things done. They appreciated me for what I've done and did what they needed to do for me because of what I gave up everybody from Kayla. Erica Karma and anybody else that I work with the staff that I had to call, to get ahold of The people that I needed to talk to were always so friendly and made sure that they got somebody on the line before they transferred me to make sure that I did get to talk to somebody to get my issues resolved if I had any. I will give all of them a 15 out of 0 to 10 for all the work that they did. They all deserve the praise that they get. And I hope that other veterans understand that they have to put in the time to do what they need to do to buy their house. So that way, the team can help them get that house. Thank you, everyone. will use Veterans United for all my loans. Love the personable and fast response I get from them. The system to upload documents and the "to do's" are long but needed for the underwriters. It is a very user friendly system and look forward to working with the whole team again!
Veterans United was the first and only lender I reached out to and I'm glad I did. They stayed in constant communication with me, I never felt like I was figuring things out on my own. My initial preapproval wasn't what I wanted and they explained to me what I needed to do to be preapproved for a higher amount. Great customer service, will be referring any veterans I know to them.
