Toby was very helpful throughout the process! He and the team made me feel like I was sitting kneecap to kneecap along the way instead of like an obligated phone call. There were so many phone calls but they were attentive and understanding of what all questions I had. I had looked into buying for years and Toby was the first one that reached out that I felt comfortable going through the process with.
