Veterans United definitely impressed me. Before the process fully kicked off, I knew that they already had a strong reputation of having an immense network of people all working together. As time went buy I was able to see that network in action, and it's truly incredible how helpful they are. From insurance, to utilities, and movers, they do it all. Now that we've closed and gotten our keys, I can see why Veterans United is held in such high regard from all the realtors I know - they really do it all. Definitely recommend!

The underwriters were ridiculous. I had to have multiple conference calls with Experian for loans that were closed and paid off, checking on payments already made, etc.

Overall great service. Didn’t use the concierge but I do recall she was responsive when we reached out to her. Had to re-accomplish some items we thought were comlpleted…specifically uploading pay stubs. Seems like that was overkill but, I imagine it was necessary so it’s cool. Overall…great job and I chose y’all over USAA. Neve done that before with anything when it comes to services I can get from USAA.
The entire team was extremely helpful and responsive! Closed 2+ weeks early. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I knew that having my paperwork ready to go would help, but as a first-time home buyer, there are other things that have to be done. As Lance and his team told us the things we needed to get done and turned in we did it right away in order to make sure it was done. They were specific in what the forms looked like and we needed to provide them down to the termite inspection. Coming from the midwest that was something I had not heard of. That was the one thing that took the longest as the number of companies in the area was limited.
The team was in constant contact and we were able to get it all done well within our timeline and we owe that all to his team. I would recommend them and Veterans United to anyone looking for a loan team.
