Quick and easy process even when I had to leave for work and couldn't access anything.

As mentioned, not so hot on computer stuff... Had my 2nd cousin send in my W-2s and John helped with required banking information.

The overall team we dealt with were great. Very east to setup and get information we needed. Only area I'd say to improve were last few things prior to closing, like ordering and paying for the appraisal. It wasn't clear that we had to pay and initiate that process.

I had a great experience working with my team at Veterans United. It took just over thirty days from my first phone call with my loan officer, to getting the keys to my house. Thank you all for the everything!

Initially we were told we could close early however, we ended up closing several weeks past and nearly became homeless. Then our loan was given to Penny Mac and it has been a mess ever since. I have spent hours on the phone because they keep paying canceled insurance policy premiums from our other closing dates which has drained our escrow account. If I could go back and do it again I would have probably chosen a different company.
