Unnecessary amount of information needed to get loan approved compared to previous mortgages attained. Unorganized in presenting everything needed to get loan approved, constantly adding new requirements without warning.Worked on last minute timelines for no reason and did not listen to buyer when discussing their inability to be contacted when at work. Overall the worst loan process I’ve ever completed and I will never use VU again and will recommend to all of my fellow vets not to use this service and instead utilize NFCU or USAA. This was a miserable experience and the only reason we stayed was because of our tight schedule and inability to change the closing date to facilitate a better loan service.
