This team is the bomb. I’ve never had a team take care of me as well as them. Also they didn’t over promise and not deliver. Since day one they did all they can to make sure I got what I could offered and made my panic and anxiety settle. I hope these guys help out more veterans. I can’t thank them enough! Thank you all!

Amber brown truly was the knight in shining armor to the whole ordeal! Anytime something happened she was there and save the day. She really was the MVP ! Robin and Melissa also was a blessing as well they were all so helpful! They explained everything a million times if needed especially being a first time home buyer. We know that we made the right choice with them.
The team approach of Veterans United was more than what we had expected from a loan institution, and was a great help in the long distance buying of a home. The Concierge service was an added bonus. It relieved us of researching all the things one must do when moving long distance. We used one of the suggested movers, Briana provided everything I needed to set up utilities, I could always count on a quick response to emails. I was never at a loss of what I should do next. I had excellent guides. Beth kept me on tract with the minutiae required during the loan process. This "TEAM" made the process much easier. They were the proactive individuals during this process. All we had to do was respond, and I truly thank them for that.
