Before we started this process to buy the house, we knew nothing about the process. As new homeowners, buying a house was incredibly overwhelming. From the documents requested to those needed to be signed, it felt like it was never going to end. It felt easier when we had a whole team helping us! From those doing the undersigning to those helping find utilities, security, and internet, it was reassuring to know there were people who were eager to help us!

This was our first time buying a house and just to make it interesting, we did it you of state. When the first state didn't work out, we changed states and all new locations. Despite all those changes and new variables, the team never faltered in their assistance. If another new house is ever in our future, I know exactly where to go for help!

Overall I never imagined that from day 1 it would have moved this smoothly. My wife made the initial call to Veterans United (Todd). Within 2 days we had a meeting with a realtor ( Laurie ) , and a approval letter. Looked at house's the next weekend . Found our dream home 2 weeks later . Game on!
