The VA home loan process has a bad RAP! It seems like no one wants to deal with a VA home loan these days. I can attest that this is totally FAKE NEWS! I had the BEST team (Daren, Codey, Levi & Jenny) at Veterans United & Adams Realty! 21 days is pretty damn good!I know that there are a lot more people "behind the scenes" that made this home loan possible, and I just want to personally thank you all! You have no idea what this home means to me. I'm starting my life over at 50! It's just me and my service dog, and we've got our little slice of heaven in the woods by a lake. I really did most of the process on my phone. This was all a matter of a really great team that works well together and cares about the veteran they are serving. I will pass the word on to all the veterans I know about how quickly my team made this happen.

I cannot better illustrate how amazing VU was than by describing our situation. I’m a first time home buyer stationed in Germany with orders to Louisiana. After renting for multiple years, we wanted to invest in our own home but there would be no way we’d be able to meet with the builder, lender, real estate agent, or even see the house. That is where the team stepped up!Scott’s team walked us step by step ensuring we understood everything about the process and answered any questions we had. Their MyVU app was incredible and outlined a solid checklist for was needed to be accomplished, and stored all of our confidential documents. Our realtor was our eyes and ears on the ground, and constantly advocated for us with the builder and lender keeping our best interests in mind. Between pictures, videos, FaceTimes, virtual walk-throughs, the team ensure we were part of every decision. At the end, we had a group chat where everyone was texting each other what was happening when so we were constantly in the loop. The Team was exceptional in processing my VA loan. They were very professional, courteous and was on top of the entire loan processing. I was so impressed how they all worked together as a Team and made the entire process so easy and fast, made me feel as if I was their only client.
