As a buyer I don't mind being asked to help out. Helping people is what a lot of vets do. I understand that certain parts of the process VU needs to take charge. In our circumstance, our insurance was being difficult and we had the file VU required the whole time but the team didn't reach out and ask us. Not a big deal, but we could've made it much more painless a lot faster
