Everything seems so impossible I never thought that this would happen but thanks veterans United they really made it all happened so easily , effortlessly ! I can't leave out Ms. Jestis or Mr. Kenney. They were absolutely vital parts to this loan being approved and getting me in this home. Even though I only spoke with Mr. Kenney once, he was professional to the point I could tell he was not treating just as another client, but as a guest in the overall organization that is Veterans United.
Ms. Jestis was not silent and was quick to return every question or concern I had. She was always courteous and knew how to shelter my concerns as I presented them.
The whole team that worked with me was a vital integral part of thr machine of success that doesn't just say they put veterans first, but truly displayed it through their actions.
I was almost certain I was going to be homeless and everyone jumped in and made this happen. I will always and forever recommend Veterans United. Thank you VU!
Thank you. Y’all made a family’s dream come true when we weren’t sure it could happen. If every person at your company is like Amy, Denise, Holli, Daniel, and Tandi, your company is in great hands. I wish I could buy all of them a beer and a good prime rib dinner. Thanks for everything.Sincerely, a grateful homeowner.
I had a better experience with the mortgage process than I actually did looking at houses.
Everything went pretty smooth during the process of looking and getting loan approval for the condo I purchased!
I did like my experience overall.
The whole team was fantastic! What stood out to me the most was how communicative and helpful the team were. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they made sure I fully understood every step of the process.
Montgomery Hill was great throughout the process about educating myself about the VA loan and the nuances of it, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market of purchasing a home.
They always flooded me with information that I needed. Any questions I had, they had the answer. I would tell anyone to work with them. They are a 10 out of 10.
Ron, Kaylynn, Laura, Dottie, and the team. We are more then happy and just want to say THANK YOU ALL for your hard work.We about gave up on purchasing a home after conuntless let downs with other mortgage companies. But you ALL went above and beyond to make it happen. So to you all, as a veteran, I thank you for not leaving our side and making sure we were comfortable and understanding the entire way! Also, as a veteran it is a comforting feeling knowing that we are genuinely looked after in this HUGE process. Thanks so much and I wish you all the best!
I would highly recommend Veterans United with your home purchase. I had a awesome tesm to work with that made the entire process run smoothly.

Experience first-hand why 322,353 homeowners give us a perfect score!
great experience working with these folks
Phil and his team at Veterans United went above and beyond to help us get to the point of the loan. Even when they knew we were not ready to get the loan they help guide us in the correct direction to fix the issues we had and make it where we could get the loan.
I highly recommend Phil and his team, they were easy to work with and willing to explain anything I had questions on along the way.
First, as a first time home buyer, I don’t know much. I would expect the lending team to guide me. And mostly I was. Though, when I asked about putting down a down payment, I was told that I do that on the day of closing and I would wire the money to the title company. I still have the text messages. When that day came, I asked the title company about the down payment, I was told it was too late and I should have notified the lender so it would reflect in the paperwork. Which made sense after I heard that. But again, being a first time home buyer…. There should have been more clarification From the lender on that.Second, for the question of if I would recommend Veterans United to friends or family, I answered Yes because I guess I have to pick one. But, I would tell whomever about my experience, good and bad, and let them decide for themselves.
Everything went smoothly. Jake was extremely helpful. The entire team made this this transition seamless.
