I had no idea that I could find a house in under 60 days and move in under 90 days. This happened for me and I am greatly appreciative that I moved when the Lord told me to.

The Va needs to communicate within itself a little more. I feel like a lot of this process was unnecessary. The main reason I closed with VN is because I wasn’t confident that my other lender would be able to close when I needed to close. I’m a 100% disabled vet and I’ve been homeless. I have zero children. I’m single. I have no pets or vices. No car. I only have a phone bill and a gym membership to shower when I had to sleep outside. I can put almost 100% of my money towards my home. They can literally look at my bank transactions with live updates. I purchased a home in a state where I am property tax exempt. My mortgage is only $1500. I was spending over $2300 a month on hotels and air bnb for years. Yet for some reason they felt like I wouldnt spend $1500 on my home. I would have to be an idiot not to pay my mortgage. What do I have to lose for not paying my mortgage? Oh that’s right, my home. I am thankful that I have my home but this process was humiliating and I felt disrespected time and time again. The VA deemed me 100% disabled years ago, before Covid. They even finished my claim swiftly due to me being homeless. They have even attempted to give me HUD vash vouchers for years but yet when I was goin through this home buying process they were telling me that because I don’t have proof of rent I was incapable of buying a home. Sounds ridiculous that an organization claiming to be so veteran friendly was so easily ready to deny a 100% disabled homeless veteran because he has no proof or rent. Even though I worked with their credit guy who told me what to do to get my credit where it needed to be. That turned out to be false. For some strange reason I think we finalized this deal because I showed them that another lender was interested with a better interest rate. I hope that I am wrong about that. The story goes on and on. My story will find its way in a book someday. I personally want to thank Nick and my real estate agent for helping me. Even though I wanted to back out and go with another lender. Nick assured me that we would get it done so I stuck with him. Thank you Nick. I recommend Nick Kundert if you have a unique situation. He is also a vet and can relate to other vets.

Veterans United made the home buying process as easy as possible. Everything from start to finish was clear, concise, and easy to use. They helped assist in areas that I didn't think pertained to a loan, and they were super easy to talk to. This is my second loan through Veterans United, and my second loan through Kayla Thoenen and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this lender to anyone!

I have purchased homes prior with other lenders and by far this has been the SMOOTHEST process of home buying I have ever experienced. I would recommend it 100% to anyone thinking of home buying. This should be your lender of choice!!!

Levi and his team are fast and professional. I filled out my application through VU website on Friday night, and he got an estimate back to me on Satuarday morning, which made me feel lots of ease. To get a logit pre-approval is the most important thing before I can send up my offer. I can't thank him enough.Whenever I had questions about a process, he and his team always got back to me quickly and gave me a detailed answer. Levi guided me though this loan process and made my life a lot of easier to buy my new house. When I didn't know if I should lock the interest rate or not, he gave me honest suggestions and time to think and let me make my own decision. He never rushes me on the important stuff, and whenever he needs something back, he always reminds me on the phone or text message so that I can complete my process on time.Levi and his team are always friendly. I had a wonderful experience with Levi and his team. I'll definitely recommend anyone to him if my family or friends need a loan officer. I'm trust Levi and his team. BIG THANK YOU ALL!!

Everyone involved from real estate agency to the loan officer worked extremely hard to keep us actively searching and into a home. Home buying can be frustrating. A few times along the way, felt like it's not worth the hassle. They kept us moving forward when we didn't want to.

That’s all I want to reflect on. I expressed some concerns with Logan about future program changes to help Veterans even more. A lot is done for Veterans but a lot of Veterans still need help. Contact me as founder of The Veterans Inc. a non- profit 501c3. 813-573-9369 supporting all Veterans and First Responders. I will direct needing Veterans your companies way. Thank you for helping me and making a dream I didn’t know I had. Come true.💯🙏🙏💯
