too many documents to sign, we were trying to pack and kept being interrupted to sign documents, they need to tighten up the process. They need to deal with the customer with only one voice. Andy was the one that really drove the bus, several time i was told different stories about what was needed to be approved, that was a little concerning and i was worried. and shorten the time frame by the underwriters 30 days was nerve wracking. But all worked out in the end
