Everyone there made the loan process easy. Had to find a lot of information, but it was all laid out and was easily uploaded.
Personally I felt like I was being targeted by the underwriter (possibly because I am a conservative Christian) The degree of inspection & verification for any personal transaction I made was uncalled for - especially in light of my contribution was more than my loan - The collateral was more than twice your risk - I felt harassed .

I’ve only bought two houses and this journey was by far the best experience I’ve ever encountered from when I asked about info to signing the dotted line, these Individuals know their job and know it well. When I was looking for a loan company so I could leave the city I lived in, I first went to my old original company with a request. The company was based out of California and had little knowledge of the Midwest. I found My Veterans United through the internet and when I made my first call, I was hooked on a local company who really cared for veterans. Though I didn't want a VA loan, they were still very courteous and we talked about a conventional loan. The process was smooth and on the day of closing for my new house, I was glad I went that route.
