Stephanie Hoffman was absolutely amazing. She truly made this long process much less stressful for us. She always returned our messages and calls promptly with whatever information we needed. I am an individual who tends to do his "homework" prior to making decisions and as such, I shopped around for other preapprovals with different companies.
