They had some issues with splitting the property and zoning and Jessica Erb grabbed the bull by the horn and went straight to the county and zoning and got it done for us!!! This was not the best experience any first-time homeowner should go through, ups and downs, things and dates constantly changing at the last minutes due to the seller and title company. a few times I was ready to throw in the towel and just stay a renter.
