Halfway through my refinance process, Schandler had to take over for the previous loan officer. I was concerned that I would have to repeat a bunch of stuff to get him spun up but that was not the case at all. It felt like he was there the whole time. literally could not have been a smoother process. Very impressed with the communication between the loan officers and their communication with me. I know there was a ton of backend work for me, but from my end - you guys all made it too smooth and during the process I was confident you guys would reach out if there were problems, needed more information, etc.I gave a overall 9/10 due to the final closing process. 100% understand it does not fall on VU but very sloppy and unorganized title company. Quite a few last minute changes from seller, etc. I was fortunate I was not kicked out of my residence or paying for hotel - moving forward this could be a huge problem for another veteran and wanted to just bring up.Thank you guys so much, it honestly means the world to me and my daughter.
