Our overall experience was ok. The response time from our loan team was lacking. Our loan almost didn’t get cleared on time but luckily we sent in a letter of explanation without being advised to do so only because i had purchased a home before and know that it can clear most unusual situations. The loan team never contacted my supervisor to get the necessary information i had to practically bagger everyone on a constant to get things done and information sent and received. Lucky I’ve been through the process before so it wasn’t the best experience but i was able to get what needed to be done and we closed on time but if this was a first time home buyer then im sure dates would have had to move back and this would have been a very bad experience for them. They weren’t bad enough that i wouldn’t recommend them to an experience home buyer but i wouldn’t recommend them to a first time home buyer.
Michael was awesome! Super responsive and helpful. Answered every one of my dumb questions with respect and honesty!
