The entire process was easy. The very best home buying experience I have ever had. I never got nervous, not knowing what to do. They were very knowledgeable and I always knew what to do. I would definitely recommend trying veterans United to anyone. I was so hesitant at first to give my information over the web but it’s totally secure I have had no problems. The process is has two part authentication so you can upload any documents with peace of mind. And the best part is the DocuSign you don’t have to go anywhere or make an appointment. You can take a photo of your documents and upload them and it’s so easy. The closing only took about 20 minutes to sign everything and a little while longer to get the funding. But by far the fastest closing I have ever been through. It’s just awesome and easy
Veterans United paired us with the worst realtor ever, Jeanette Mcmackin didn’t keep us up to date with what was going on, we always had to reach out to her, and gets our own answers to questions, she didn’t show up to any of the walkthroughs on the new house or to the closing of the new house, she basically got her money and ran! No little gift from her on the purchase of the new home or nothing, then we were forced to sit in vehicles for 9 hours basically homeless and she didn’t care!
