The whole process was very easy. How can getting a mortgage be easy? By having people who understand you are out of your depth, & know how to make you feel confident making big decisions. I really hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I’ll be back.

Be careful about changing the final closing date. The estimated closing date wil llikely override any attempts to change it. I had tried to do so but was told that since my estimated closing date had already been submitted to the title office weeks ago I will not be able to cannot change it. Overall this was an excellend experience tho! I am happy with my house.
In all honesty I wouldn’t go with Veterans again, there was so much that I shouldn’t have had to chase down non stop to get any answers.
Calling, texting, emailing didn’t matter I wasn’t getting returns from anyone but Denise & Amalia. It wasn’t a great experience at all, I’m very thankful we’re done because that wasn’t a fun experience and it absolutely should have been for our first home.
